Welcome to www.AIEmployee.in, a product/service of SpeedLead Consulting LLP. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

AIEmployee.in provides Voice AI solutions that answer calls, collect caller details, summarize calls, answers FAQ's and automates lead engagement.

A 14-day free trial is available, after which a monthly subscription of $497 applies.


2. Account Registration & Subscription

Users must provide accurate business details to set up their Voice AI Employee. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Payment is non-refundable after renewal.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree that:

AI will only be used for legal business communication.
You will not use AiEmployee for spam, fraud, or abusive calls.
You are responsible for all AI interactions on your business line.

4. Call Recordings & Data Usage

By using our service, you agree that calls may be recorded for quality and compliance. Call data is confidential and used only for business automation & analytics.


5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Trial: No charge during the trial period. Subscription Cancellation: Must be done before renewal. No refunds after renewal.


6. Limitation of Liability

AiEmployee does not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI-generated responses. We are not responsible for missed leads, lost revenue, or AI misinterpretations.

AI is a business tool, not a human agent. Businesses should monitor AI outputs periodically.


7. Intellectual Property

AiEmployee, its software, and brand assets are owned by SpeedLead Consulting LLP. Users cannot modify, resell, or replicate AiEmployee without permission.


8. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify AI capabilities, pricing, or discontinue services with prior notice. Accounts violating our policies may be terminated without refund.


9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable business laws. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled through arbitration in a mutually agreed location and manner, ensuring a fair and efficient process for both parties.
